Category:
PLC Splitter
Product Details
Product Introduction
The APT-400-16A+ features an integrated optical distribution and power supply design, equipped with lightning protection, static electricity prevention, short-circuit protection, and automatic power detection capabilities. With compact space requirements, it delivers data transmission and remote power supply to terminal devices via fiber-optic composite cables. This solution is ideal for enterprise campus environments where ONU/MDU units, PON optical access points (APs), and cameras face power supply challenges in indoor network installations.
Application Scenarios
The SC downlink optical port of the APT-400-16A+ active optical transceiver connects to an optical composite cable, while the ONU terminal's SC integrated optical connector simultaneously transmits data and provides power. This eliminates the need for ONU equipment to consider power system cabling issues, enabling simultaneous device power supply during network access and resolving power acquisition challenges in specific scenarios. The system supports up to 16 integrated optical connectors, supporting a maximum of 16 terminal devices.

Optical fiber signal input connection mode
APT-400-16A+ active splitter has a built-in power supply and a 2:16 splitter, which is connected to the Uplink interface. After 2:16 splitting, the optical ports from PoF1 to PoF16 can provide data transmission and remote power supply functions to terminal equipment simultaneously through optical composite cable.

Port description
order number | Name (model) | explain |
1 | power input | 220V AC power input |
2 | PWR, pilot lamp | Indicates the power on status of the device |
3 | Uplink joggle | Optical fiber signal input for connection to the optical fiber port (SC) from OLT |
4 | PoF1~PoF16 interface and indicator light
| SC photoelectric output interface, used to connect the photoelectric hybrid cable and transmit data through the photoelectric hybrid cable for power supply. PoF1-PoF16 indicator lights correspond to the working status of the port (the light is always on when the power supply is normal, the light flashes quickly when the power supply is short, and the light flashes slowly when the power supply is not available) |
Power supply polarity: When facing the device panel, the left side is positive and the right side is negative |
